Traditional high tea parties are an elegant & whimsical way to celebrate your bride or parent-to-be. EB Events tea party packages include the following services:

  • Event Styling - develop a theme, signature styling, colors & recommendations for tying together floral, linens, lighting, furniture & stationary/invitations.

  • Decoration set up & take down of centerpieces, table settings & cake table only.

  • EB Events will provide 5 teapot rentals, 30 teacup rentals & 2 electric tea kettles.

  • Hire vendors & review contracts for venue, table & chair rentals, tents (if outdoors), lighting, linens, china, silverware, florists, balloon delivery, caterers/bakers & photographers. 

  • Order/shop for decorations, teas & party favors.

  • Party favor styling & assembly.

  • Send invitations from client provided guest list. 

  • Manage RSVP's.



EB Events has teamed up with local valley wineries, limo companies and pole fitness instructor to provide you & up to 11 of your friends with specialized, discounted group packages.

  • Full day packages can include: limo service, pole/chair dance fitness class, lunch, wineries & assembly of customized goody bags.

  • Half-day packages can include: pole/chair dance fitness class, lingerie party with mimosa bar (Sundays only) & customized favors.


Day of Coordination package is not just services for the actual day of your event. Our comprehensive package includes up to 30 hours of planning prior to your event plus up to 10 hours on the event day. Our typical Day of Coordination package includes the following:

  • Collaborate with you on your vision to develop a comprehensive day-of event schedule.

  • Communicate with vendors you have researched and hired to develop a smooth event timeline.

  • Confirmation calls with your vendors the week of the event to finalize the schedule & orders.

  • Attending your final walk through at your venue and reviewing the banquet event order you have selected.

  • On-site coordination and supervision at event. This includes working with all vendors including the venue, florist, musicians, photographer, and baker on their set up and schedule fulfillment.

  • Coordination until all scheduled events have taken place during your event day. 


Our packages are completely tailored to suit your needs. These are examples of the services we offer:

  • Décor: Help with developing your style, colors, theme & incorporating your unique signature into your day. Provide recommendations & assistance for tying together your floral, linens, lighting, furniture, stationery & all décor to complete the vision for your day.

  • Vendor Contracts: We review your vendor contracts to ensure you’ve booked enough hours & there aren’t any hidden items.

  • Vendor Meetings, Tastings, Site Visits: During the planning process, we set up & attend meetings with vendors, attend site visits at your venue(s), coordinate décor & design meetings, set up tastings with caterers & bakers. 

  • Stationery Coordination: Hire & work with a graphic designer to customize your save the dates, invitations, place cards, menus & other printed materials.

  • Coordination of Rentals: For example: tents, linens, tables, china, silverware, chairs, portable restrooms, heaters, generators, staging, flooring & draping.

  • Transportation Coordination: Booking of all event day transportation for main party & guests.

  • Welcome Bags & Favors: Provide creative ideas, order, assembly & delivery of bags/favors.

  • Hotel Accommodations: Coordinating blocks of rooms at selected hotels.

  • Manage RSVP’s: Receive & track your RSVP’s from client provided guest list.
